Make Someone Else's Day - Become A Radio Warneford Volunteer

Images of MembersIf you have got some free time on your hands and you are looking for an exciting new interest, then why not do something special for your community here in South Warwickshire.

Radio Warneford is on the lookout for new volunteers who have a few hours to spare each week and would like to help visit patients on the wards and collect record requests.

The station is currently looking to build a team of retired people, or those with a little bit of time on their hands, who can visit patients on the wards during the day. Although Radio Warneford's members visit patients each evening, there is often not enough time to chat about the pieces of music or comedy sketches that they may like to hear later that day.

We also have spaces in some of our broadcasting teams, both weekday evenings and on Sundays.

Find out more about life as a Radio Warneford volunteer on the following pages, then download an application form, fill it in and send it back to us.
