It will take place both indoors and out, using the wonderful new facilities at Stratford Hospital.
Free workshops will include: yoga, mindfulness, Zumba, Bollywood dancing, pebble painting, Five Ways to Wellbeing and reiki massage. Escape Arts and Springfield Mind will be holding craft sessions and facepainting. People can also choose to take part in a group One Mile Walk, organised and led by the Hospital.
Radio Warneford will be on hand to compere the proceedings and there will be free parking in the multi-storey car park at Stratford Hospital.
